The Salvation Army BBQs were started in 2003 by Past President, Major Walter Howell and are held in the parking lot of the Salvation
Army on Larch St. usually every 3rd Saturday of the month from May to September.
Club members volunteer at this event and are moved
by the personal satisfaction it creates from being a part of this endeavor.

These BBQs are becoming very popular and serve the needy people of our community.

The food for the BBQs is provided by the Salvation
Army and the Kiwanis Club of Sudbury.
